How long does it take to get my order?

Most orders ship out within 2–3 business days and typically arrive within 4–6 business days. Most customers receive their order in about a week.

🛠 Can I customize what my band says?

Yes! You can personalize your paddle band with any text you want — names, slogans, team names, funny phrases — it’s totally up to you. We don’t add any company branding unless you request it.

🎨 Can I choose the color?

Absolutely. We offer 10+ band colors and you get to choose your color during the design process. Each product page clearly shows available colors.

🎁 Do you offer bulk or team discounts?

Yes! We offer volume discounts for teams, tournaments, clubs, and large orders. Head to our Team & Bulk Orders page or contact us directly and we’ll hook you up.

🇺🇸 Where are the bands made?

All of our pickleball paddle bands are made in the USA with premium silicone and shipped from our U.S. based team.

📦 What if there’s a problem with my order?

If your band arrives incorrect, damaged, or missing — don’t worry. We’ll remake it or make it right. Just reach out via our Contact page and we’ll take care of you fast.

🔁 Do you accept returns?

Because all bands are made to order, we don’t offer returns — but if there’s an issue, we always offer replacements or store credit. Your satisfaction is our priority.
